There is little more substantive information that can be added, but I would like to correct a point made in Dr Karrer's letter concerning an important tangential issue. In my commentary I mentioned as an aside that pediatricians, when consoling grief-stricken parents, should encourage them to hold their baby and point to the normal body parts after having first placed a bonnet on the child's head.
