RT Journal Article SR Electronic T1 Prognosis of Acute Leukemia (Continued) JF Pediatrics JO Pediatrics FD American Academy of Pediatrics SP 151 OP 152 VO 47 IS 1 A1 Sinks, Lucius F. YR 1971 UL http://pediatrics.aappublications.org/content/47/1/151.3.abstract AB I would like to communicate to Drs. Stein, et al.1,2 the experience of the Pediatric Department of Roswell Park Memorial Institute in order to illustrate the continued improvement in remission and survival rates that has occurred during tue last 7 years. I wish to avoid speculation3,4 as to future survival rates, but to establish firmly the facts that with the accumulation of data through cooperative studies, we have been able to improve upon survival figures. During the years 1963-1965, in the Department of Pediatrics at Roswell Park Memorial Institute, we entered 13 children with acute lymphobiastic leukemia on Acute Leukemia Group B protocol 6307.
