Abstract
Chronic sinusitis is a common pediatric problem in patients with chronic respiratory symptoms. Because the clinical symptoms alone are not sensitive enough to make the diagnosis, imaging studies of the sinus (eg, a Water's view x-ray) should be considered as part of a allergy evaion, especially in those less than 10 years old.
