Abstract
This is a follow-up note in the case of amputation of the glans penis reported by Vincent and Rothenberg in the August, 1969 issue of Pediatrics.1
Recently, David, now aged 12, was admitted to the University Hospital, Seattle, Washington for removal of a bladder stone "the size of a hen's egg." As noted in the case reports, the boy, then 8, had accidentally amputated the glans penis when involved in a sadistic game proposed by an older boy.
