Abstract
At 11½ years of age, this patient is the oldest known surviving male with the 18-trisomy syndrome verified by autoradiographic studies of peripheral leucocytes. He presents, in addition, the unusual finding of a Wilms' tumor, which was removed at the age of 2 years.
