Abstract
The article "Multiple Hemangiomas in an Infant with Cardiac Enlargement" by Drs. Cooper and Bolande in Pediatrics (35:27, 1965) demonstrated a patient with cardiomegaly which was thought to be secondary to multiple arteriovenous fistulas in the hemangiomas. Postmortem pathologic and angiographic studies in their case supported this hypothesis. We would like to note a complementary case with primarily hepatic involvement recently seen in our institution in which cardiac manifestations were present and then disappeared as the tumors underwent spontaneous regression.
