I think that if the weights referred to in the conclusion, regarding the needle lengths, were in LBS instead of KG, it would make much more sense!It would be: 1/2 in for children weighing <70 lbs,5/6 in between 70 and 115 lbs and 7/8to 1 in for girls over 115 lbs and boys over 140 lbs.
