All requests must be in writing, include a complete citation (volume, year, inclusive page(s), figure number, or table number), and a detailed description of intended use. Please include a copy of proposed adaptations of tables and figures for review. To expedite permission requests, please download and complete the Standard Request Form before contacting Permissions.
