The following case report, although of interest from the diagnostic point of view, may be of far greater importance to physicians personally and their families. It is being presented as a warning to doctors who may carelessly misplace "medical samples" in their homes.
A 21-month-ld female child, daughter of a physician, while taking an afternoon stroll with her parents, suddenly "tripped" and fell to the sidewalk. When picked up, she staggered repeatedly and was unable to regain normal balance.
