I have been the medical director of the Kent WA Pediatric Interim Care Center, a unique volunteer center for the treatment of babies withdrawing from drugs, since its inception 19 years ago. We routinely treat about 15 babies at a time, many with neonatal morphine for NAS from opiates. I am interested if you have continued to use buprenorphine and if you have had any more patients with seizures during treatment with it and if you have succeeded in reducing the ethanol content. Thanks for the update. Peyton Gaunt, M.D.
