This is a fascinating article and well-timed.

As there is a growing body of evidence connecting lack of breastfeeding with childhood obesity and diabetes, I wish the authors had included infant feeding method (type of breastfeeding: exclusive, partial, or none) and duration in their otherwise thorough histories.
