This study is interesting and I am surprised by the conclusion that there is no strong evidence for a protective effect of breastfeeding on infant eczema. However, as exclusive breastfeeding and partial breastfeeding were not considered, I wonder if that would explain the conclusion.

A study would give a true picture of the impact of infant feeding on infant eczema if the exclusively breastfed infant was compared to the infant never breastfed.
