Re: lacking reference for contraindication in mothers with tuberculosis alone

A really nice paper.
Going through contraindications, "Breastfeeding is contraindicated in
infants with ........ mothers who have active untreated tuberculosis
disease or are human T-cell lymphotropic virus type I–or
II–positive104,105;" and its references, doesnot give clearity if this
holds true for mothers without HTLV infection. One should be able to use
mothers milk of a tuberculous mother without fear of transmitting the
disease through breastmilk. A clear reference for mothers with only
tuberculosis is needed.
