It would be interesting to hear more about the progression of the symptoms (onset, if not by CBCL, then by history) especially as related to individual levels of serum albumin. Perhaps the steroid dose should take the albumin into account.

It would also be interesting to hear if any treatments were undertaken for the patients, since they met criteria for referral to a Mental Health provider.
