Dear Dr. Silen and Co-authors,

I enjoyed your paper and in general agree with your conclusions. I do have a question regarding the conclusion that younger children were more severely injured by rollovers as compared to older children.

Since this was a retrospective chart review of trauma patients admitted to a Children's Hospital, it is possible that all children with rollover injuries were not admitted to the authors institution. Indeed older children with rollover injuries may have been treated at an adult trauma center and may not have been transferred to the authors Children's Hospital. This may have skewed the authors sample, since severely injured older children may not have been transferred to the authors Children's Hospital as often as severely injured infants.

Thank You.
