I am impressed with your article and I feel it is very relevant and useful as recurrent upper resoiratory complaints are one of the most common among the children.I would also like to know is there anymethod for grading adenoid size radiologically? Also it generates interest about the algorithm, you have mentioned for assesing degree of obstruction.Can you kindly provide the details of the same. With regards Dr.Shrikiran A Hebbar
