Re: Universal Data-based Care Standards

I think it is a great idea to publish standards of care for treating medical conditions. In fact, I found this article as I was searching the internet to see if anyone was compiling such a database. I am a lawyer in general practice in Hemet California. I have handled 3 medical malpractice cases to jury verdict. I have as many as 3 inquiries per month on whether or not malpractice is involved in cases where there has been a bad result, and it would be nice to be able to refer to such a resource.
