PEDIATRICS 2007;119:638–646.An error occurred in the American Academy of Pediatrics clinical report "Self-injectable Epinephrine for First-Aid Management of Anaphylaxis" published in the March 2007 issue of Pediatrics (doi:10.1542/peds.2006-3689). On page 640, under the heading Epinephrine Autoinjectors: 0.15 or 0.30 mg?, line 10, the authors wrote: "(0.012 mg/kg) rather than an underdose (0.06 mg/kg)." It should read: "(0.012 mg/kg) rather than an underdose (0.006 mg/kg)."
