Colvin J, Bower C, Dickinson JE, Sokol J. Outcomes of Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia: A Population-Based Study in Western Australia. PEDIATRICS 2005;116:e356–e363.

An error appeared in the article by Colvin et al, titled "Outcomes of Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia: A Population-Based Study in Western Australia" published in the September 2005 issue of Pediatrics Electronic Pages (doi: 10.1542/peds.2004-2845). On page e362 in the Acknowledgments, the authors wrote: "We acknowledge the significant contributions of Dr Nick Smith and Dr Adrian Charles from the Department of Pathology with respect to the postmortem data presented in this article." Dr Smith and Dr Charles had not reviewed the contents of this paper prior to publication; however, the postmortem findings published in this paper were based on clinical case reports from the Department of Pathology.
