ERRATUM

An error occurred in the AAP clinical report "Guidelines and Levels of Care for Pediatric Intensive Care Units" that was published in the October 2004 issue of Pediatrics (2004;114:1114–1125). In Table 1, under item II—Personnel, A—Medical director, 3b should read: "Has authority to provide consultation for any PICU patient on a daily basis." We regret the error.
