Erratum

An error appeared in the article by Miller and Zhan, titled "Pediatric Patient Safety in Hospitals: A National Picture in 2000," that was published in the June 2004 issue of Pediatrics (2004;113:1741–1746). On page 1746, reference 17 is incorrect. It should read: "Healthcare Cost and Utilization Project. Overview of the state inpatient databases (SIDS). Available at: http://www.hcup-us.ahrq.gov/sidoverview.jsp. Accessed April 21, 2004."
