In the article by Cohen et al1 in this issue of Pediatrics concerning the establishment of pediatric injury prevention counseling priorities using the Delphi technique, the authors comment that the methods used to develop The Injury Prevention Program (TIPP) of the American Academy of Pediatrics have not been published for other program designers to apply. Given the importance of this activity as a part of pediatric primary care, we felt that it would be useful to share the approach that was used to develop TIPP.
