To the Editor.
The literature reports childhood injuries caused by dogs,1 spiders,2 snakes,3 pigs,4 and scorpions,5 among other species. However, to our knowledge, there have been no previous reports of bull horn lesions in children. We describe 2 such cases treated in La Fe Hospital (Valencia, Spain) during August 1993.
