To the Editor.
As a member of a pediatric cystic fibrosis (CF) care team, I was
struck by the contrast between my experience of the end-of-life care of
those with CF and that of Robinson et al.1 Whereas all but
1 of their child and adult patients died in hospital, in the last 10 years only 43.8% (9/21) of our patients (ages 5-21 years) have died
