NEBULIZED DEXAMETHASONE VERSUS ORAL PREDNISONE IN THE EMERGENCY TREATMENT OF ASTHMATIC CHILDREN

Inhaled dexamethasone is at least as effective as oral prednisone in the emergency treatment of moderately ill asthmatic children. These subjects had more rapid clinical improvement with fewer relapses as well.
