ERRATUM

In the January 1993 issue of PEDIATRICS, the article "Missed Opportunities for Childhood Vaccinations in Office Practices and the Effect on Vaccination Status" contains a reference on page 7 (reference #43) which was typeset incorrectly. This reference should have read:
