A case is described of familial paroxysmal choreoathetosis identical to that described by Mount and Reback. This patient also had attacks of petit mal. There was a history of epilepsy in other members of the family and a maternal aunt had seizures similar to those of the case described herein. It appears that this disease may be related to epilepsy.
