Imaginary conversation at a corporate HMO: Doctor X, we love you here, but you're seeing only 4.2 patients an hour. We'd like you to see 7.2. I can't do that, my standards will fall, I'll miss things. It wouldn't be fair to the patient. Well, hate to tell you, we got a guy out there who's willing to do it.
