NEWS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS

The American Pediatric Society will hold its next meeting on May 2, 3 and 4, 1951, at the Traymore Hotel, Atlantic City, Dr. Henry G. Poncher, Secretary.

The next meeting of the Society for Pediatric Research will be held on May 2 and 3, 1951, at the Traymore Hotel, Atlantic City, Dr. Robert Ward, Secretary.

Dr. Bertram R. Girdany, formerly of Babies Hospital in New York, has joined the Pediatric Staff of Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh as Physician-in-charge of the X-ray Department.
