Kawasaki Disease: Association with Uveitis in Seven Patients

Seven patients who fulfilled the clinical criteria for Kawasaki disease were found to have anterior uveitis. All cases were transient and resolved with or without treatment. Histocompatibility antigen typing was performed in four patients. All four demonstrated HLA-A1 and three of the four demonstrated HLA-DR5.
