Elevated Levels of Sodium and Chloride in Milk From Mastitic Breast

Increased levels of sodium and chloride in milk from mastitic udders of cows is well-documented. A case is presented in which elevated levels of sodium and chloride occurred in milk from the human breast with chronic mastitis.
