Editors' Note: The following description of an aid in practice is presented because it may be useful to other practitioners, and as a stimulus for readers to write short descriptions of methods they have found useful in practice. While it would be ideal if such innovations were thoroughly evaluated, our purpose in publishing them is to stimulate others to try out such new ideas, and to evaluate their effectiveness.
