Gonococcal Tonsillitis-Pharyngitis in a 5-Year-Old Girl

A case is presented of gonococcal tonsillitis-pharyngitis in a 5-year-old girl with a brief review of the clinical spectrum of gonococcal oropharyngeal infection. The importance is stressed of recognizing this entity as a potential manifestation of child molestation.
