Epidural Abscess in a 3-Week-Old Infant: Case Report

A case of staphylococcal epidural abscess in a 3-week-old infant is presented. This is the youngest reported patient successfully treated by decompressive laminectomy. Methods for early diagnosis and treatment are stressed. The question of future spinal stability is raised.
