Rashmi Patel M.D.1 and Diller B. Groff M.D.1

1 Department of Surgery, The New Jersey Medical College, 65 Bergen Street, Newark, New Jersey 07107

A case of massive condylomata acuminata in an 18-month old, the youngest patient diagnosed with this lesion, is presented. The surgical and medical aspects of the management are discussed and the benign nature of this lesion is emphasized.
