SOME ADDITIONAL FORGOTTEN PEDIATRIC DISEASES—WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO THEM?

Ten diseases that have fallen out of favor and are no longer mentioned in contemporary pediatric textbooks were recently published in Pediatrics.1 The additional 10 forgotten diseases, listed below, each beginning with the letter B, may also evoke the same nostalgic remembrances as did the first ten.
