"Diaper Dermatitis" from Allergens Excreted in Urine

W. E. Keiter M.D.1

Discussions of "diaper dermatitis," although recognizing several categories, seem never to separate it into the pubic-perineal type as distinct from the peri-anal, belt-line, or generalized types. This topographical classification gives important clues as to its etiology and treatment.
