THE BOOK OF ACCIDENTS: DESIGNED FOR YOUNG CHILDREN

Falls are presently responsible for about one half of all accidental injuries in children under 5 years of age. And yet, I know of no contemporary publication on accident prevention which so vividly and engagingly illustrates the consequences of falling than the lesson depicted in the figure below. which is taken from a children's book published in 1830.
