Dr. Dews writes:
Dr. Milman, in her first paragraph on the dangers of marijuana, shows the dangers of jargon. "Acute toxicity" in the trade implies killing, usually within 24 hours. Large amounts of tetrahydrocannabinols are required to kill mice and other laboratory animals, hence "the acute toxicity is vanishingly small," a statement which says more in English than it should. My apologies.
Dr. Milman in her penultimate paragraph quotes King and Cowen for the statement that following intravenous injection of marijuana, "the histopathology is real."
