Caffey's Syndrome: Some Unusual Ocular Manifestations

Infantile cortical hyperostosis (Caffey's syndrome) apparently led to clinical and radiographic evidence of maxillary bone involvement in a 3-month-old-girl. Concomitant glaucoma occurred. Concurrent remission of both processes occurring within 4 months suggests an etiologic relationship.
