Vincristine Therapy in an Infant With Probable Hepatoblastoma

A 4-month-old infant with a diffuse hepatoblastoma was treated over a 2-year period with vincristine. After this period, no evidence of tumor could be found at laparotomy or in the biopsy speciments.

The excellent response of this patient justifies further evaluation of vincristine in the treatment of this tumor.
