Congenital Stenosis of Right Mainstem Bronchus: Another Case

In reference to the report by Doctors Chang, Hetzler, Gregg, Lofti, and Brough in the April issue of Pediatrics (41:739, 1968) in which they describe the successful resection of a stenotic right mainstem bronchus in a 5-month-old child, we would like to report briefly the case of a 4-year-old child with a similar problem which was treated medically.

A white female was born March 25, 1964 to a hypothyroid mother, birth weight 3 lb, 5 oz, after a full-term pregnancy and normal delivery.
