There always has been considerable variation in "opinions" regarding the value of Rh antibody titers during pregnancy. Dr. Zuelzer is an expert in this field, and in his laboratory these titers have proven very reliable. Those of us who are less well situated have, unfortunately, had to live with the problem of wide laboratory variation (state health department, private laboratory, hospital laboratory, and so forth), and we have not developed the faith that he justifiably has in this test.
