Page 99, under "Abbreviations," at the end of Table III, the line which reads "Per cent of the upper limit of normal; ordinary figures indicate per cent of lowest limit of normal," should read "Figures with an asterisk (*) are given in per cent of the upper limit of normal range; ordinary figures indicate per cent of lowest limit of normal."
