1 The Surgical Service, the Children's Hospital Medical Center and Department of Surgery, Harvard Medical School, Boston, Massachusetts
A review of four infants with severe trauma to abdominal organs incident to delivery is presented. The protean manifestations of these injuries are noteworthy. A small but significant improvement in the neonatal mortality will reward the early diagnosis of these frequently remediable lesions.
