This book is invaluable for the student of growth and for the endocrinologist, bringing together as it does nearly 500 studies on the phenomena of puberty. We know of no other work in which this material is available. For anyone interested in adolescence, the book is a must. It is slanted more toward the laboratory than to the clinic, but it contains a body of fact indispensable to the latter.
