The Undescended Testicle, Timing of Surgery

MARTIN W. SKLAIRE M.D.1

1 Department of Psychiatry and Pediatrics, Western Reserve University, School of Medicine, Cleveland, Ohio

This communication is for the purpose of re-emphasizing the meaning of the operation to the child, for the purpose of determining optimal timing for the surgery.

Surgical correction of cryptorchidism is a procedure requiring careful preparation of the child.
