CARINAL TRIFURCATION WITH CONGENITAL TRACHEOBILIARY FISTULA

This report calls attention to an uncommon fistula presenting clinically with yellow bile-stained sputum and demonstrable by endoscopic examination. When the diagnosis is made, therapy requires surgical extirpation of the fistulous channel.
