Editor's Note

S. Levin 1

1 67 Jenner Chambers Jeppe Street, Johannesburg

Dr. Levin comments as follows:

Appropriately, Dr. George X. Trimble has changed his domicile from California to Missouri. I understand that the expression "I'm from Missouri" is equivalent to saying "I'm a sceptic, I must check your data."

These days it is perilous to note an observation without checking with Dr. Trimble first, for the Index Medicus is no longer sufficiently etailed.

"Critique and Cavil" is a short footnote contributed by Dr. Trimble himself on the subject of what he calls "chromatunia" (a hybrid of Greek and Latin: even Trimble can tumble).
