Case Report
Baby girl X (UH No. 4033-P) was a 1,255 gm white female, approximately 28-week gestation, born to gray. II, 25-year-old mother whose first baby weighed 2 kg and died of hyaline membrane disease. Pregnancy was uneventful except that spontaneous labor occurred at 28 weeks with ruptured membranes and delivery under N2O and O2. Vistaril, 50 mg, intramuscularly, had been given 45 minutes before delivery.
